What is EFT / Tapping?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and is more commonly referred to as “tapping”
EFT is based on the ancient Chinese healing concepts centered on energy pathways in our bodies called “meridians”
It is a powerful, clinically-proven, self-healing modality that turns down the stress response — also known as the fight-flight-freeze response
By gently tapping on specific acupressure points on our bodies — while simultaneously tuning into specific emotions, events, or situations — we send a calming signal to our brain that helps to bring our nervous system back to its natural, relaxed state
